Please, carefully read rules and conditions for rent a car.

1. Minimum age – 23years.
 
2. ValidID and valid driving license for at least 3 years.

3. Minimum term of rent – 1 day (24hours).

4. Bookingisavailable if the rent period will be at least 3 days.

5. ContractExtension is performed coming personally tothe office with at least 6-12 hours before the end of the rent agreement.

6. Caris transmitted only after full payment(in lei) and after deposit transmission.

7. If you cancel or make changesin booking terms within 5days before the rent start, we will apply a penalty of 50% of theone day's rent, and if within 3 days or less - 100% of the one day’s rent.

8. You are not allowedto repair the car by yourself.

9. Is not permitted to use the car as ataxi car or for auto training, sports competitions or any tests.

10. You must returnthe car clean inside and outside, with the same level of fuel (the excess is not returning).

11. Besides thecar you must return keys, accessories and documents (registration certificate, the roadmap, car insurance and technical certificate).

12. Ifyou do not return the documents – penalty will be the cost of their restore; if you do not return the keys – penalty will be between 150 euro and 350euro.

13. If you are delay to return thecar in time, we will apply a penalty in the amount of 5 euro/hour for the first 4 hours, if more – full cost of the one day’s rent.

14. The CASCO insurance.

15. We will appeal to police for car searchif you do not return the car in time or do not come personally into the office to renew the agreement within 4 hours after the end of the rent agreement.

16. Please, read carefully the conditions of the rent agreement to be signed after.

17. Transmission and return of the car is at Grigore Vieru street, number 17/1, Chisinau, MD-2005.
