Please, carefully read rules and conditions for booking chosen apartment. Required conditions.

1. Minimum age – 25 years.
2. Minimum term of rent – 1 day (24 hours).
3. Booking is available for at least 2 days rentperiod.
4. Fill in the booking form, then make a payment(bank transfer (from Visa Card) or cash), once money arrived, your reservation will be considered valid.
5. Check-In time is after 14:30, and Check-Out time is before 12:00.
6. The rent and deposit is full paid at Check-In time, therefore You will get the keys and rent agreement. If rent term is longer than a month, rent is paid one month in advance.
7. The tenancy payment for short term rent (<1 month) include: house utilities, cleaning service(once in 3 days) and as a free bonus - breakfast at "Café de Italia".
8. All payments will be made in national currency - lei at the official rate of National Bank of Moldova.
9. Prices specified on a website include the booking services.
10. In case of cancellation / modification of the booking, a penalty will be applied, equivalent to the cost of a day's rent.
